This privacy and cookie policy is for Share the Rents and has to do with how we use any personal information we collect from you on our website. Any personal information we collect will be stored safely and securely. We never share any of your personal details outside our organisation.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect contact information from you when you sign up to our cheating index and when you sign up to our email list. This generally includes name and email address.

How long is the information kept?

We plan to retain entries to our index for the length of time this project continues.

How will we use the information about you?

If you send us a signup to our cheating index, your information will be used to populate that registration.

We may show your comment on our website if you provide permission. Share the Rents will not share your information with anyone else.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your personal information, please email sharetherents@gmail.com.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

A WordPress (content management for our website) cookie that checks to see if you are logged into the site. This cookie is only actively used by site editors and administrators.

_utma, _utmb, _utmc and _utmz
Google Analytics: stores each user’s amount of visits, and the time of the first visit, the previous visit, and the current visit.
